- Candidates must meet all requirements of Miss India
Angelworld Pageant as follows:
She must be between 18-29 years of age, single and female born.
Candidate must have 20% of her ethnic background. Citizenship or 6
months residency at the country she is representing. She agrees that
she is not under contract with any person, firm or corporation that
would prevent her appearance or participation in the International
competition and agrees to indemnify Angel Events for any claim etc
that may be brought against it in this regard. She understands that
she must be of good moral character and health. A medical form must
be completed indicating any medical problems that she may have at
the relevant time and all responsibility in this regard shall be
that of the Candidate.
- Candidates will not consumer any alcoholic beverages, use illegal
drugs or publicly smokes during the course of the entire pageant.
Points will be deducted if the delegate is caught engaging in these
activities.
- Candidates agree that the judge's prior decision is final,
absolute and binding. Upon request, she can receive her score two
weeks following the competition at the Miss India Angelworld
Home office.
- Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events directors, officers
and sponsors etc are not responsible, accountable or liable in any
manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages/
compensation etc on account of any event, incident, cancellation/
change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events
or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or
after the event.
- The Winner will forfeit all awards and privileges if she breaks
her obligatory contractor does not meet all requirements set forth
within this agreement. The award would then be given to the first
runner up.
- Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by
Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events, its authorized
representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and
assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs etc of the
Candidate and/ or with a group for advertising purpose or purposes
of promotion, trade, press release or motion picture etc. She waives
the right to inspect or approve such competed pictures, advertising,
videos used in connection thereof and the decision of Angel events
shall be final.
- If the candidate wins the Miss India Angelworld title,
she shall not compete/participate in any other pageant system for 12
months or until the title is relinquished to the new titleholder,
unless authorized prior in writing by the CEO of Angel Event whose
decision shall be final.
- Candidates understand and agree that should she be crowned the
pageant winner, she will be required to sign a one-year contract
with Miss India Angelworld. She must be available to the
pageants for any and all personal appearances at all scheduled
events throughout her reign. She further understands that the
inability to fulfill her contract may result in the forfeiture of
her title and all prizes must be returned and shall be liable for
any loss/ damage that be suffered by Miss India Angelworld /
Angel Events. Her successor will take her place for the
remainder of the year.
- The applicant agrees to abide by all rules as may be changed
from time to time by the organizers and shall raise no objection
whatsoever.
- The Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events / Organizers are
not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delays or
non-receipt of applications or for acts of omission or commission on
any account and for any reason whatsoever.
- The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and
diligent manner throughout the training program as per the schedule
that will be given to them and participate in all the rehearsals.
Any decision taken in this regard by Miss India Angelworld /
Angel Events / Organizers shall be final.
- All prizes are subject to deduction of tax at source and all
other taxes, as required by law.
- The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner
whatsoever if sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them.
- The Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events / Organizers are
not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical
injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their
participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at her
own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any
account against Miss India Wor1d / Angel Events / Organizers.
- Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether
discovered prior to, during or after the finals and the Candidate
shall be liable to the Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events /
Organizers for such misrepresentation.
- Schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change
at the absolute discretion of the Organizers and the Candidate shall
raise no objections whatsoever in this regard.
- The Organizers is not responsible or liable in any manner
whatsoever for non-telecast of the show/non-completion / non-
occurrence of the event.
- In the event of any dispute, it shall be referred to the sole
arbitration of Angel Events CEO, Ms. Angeli Kapoor Puri's whose
award in the matter shall be final and binding on the applicant. The
venue shall be New Delhi. Indian laws shall be applicable.
- The application processing fee of $40/- is non refundable under
all circumstances.
- Any dispute or differences arising in relation to or in
connection with the pageant shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
the Courts at New Delhi.
I,______________________, certify that I have read and agree to abide
by the official Candidate rules and regulations for the upcoming Miss
India Angelworld. I further agree to strictly honor the terms and
conditions of this agreement and agree to indemnify Miss India
Angelworld / Angel Events / Organizers against any claim/ / damages
that may occur as a result of my default.
I hereby release and discharge Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events
/ Organizers its successors and persons, officers, authorized
representatives, individuals connected with it from any responsibility,
liability or accountability of any kind whatsoever in connection with
the Miss India Angelworld pageant. I hereby expressly and
unconditionally discharge Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events /
Organizers from any responsibility or liability, claims, demands,
costs, damages, expenses, loss of service, opportunity or any
consequential event etc arising out of any act or occurrence during or
leading up to or subsequent to said pageant.
The participant agrees to indemnify and compensate Miss India
Angelworld /Angel Events / Organizers for any claim, loss, expenses
damage etc that may be suffered by them as a consequence of any acts of
commission or omission by the participant.
