Candidates must meet all requirements of Miss India Angelworld Pageant as follows:

The Candidate must be between 18-29 years of age, single and female born. Candidate must have 20% of her ethnic background. Citizenship or 6 months residency at the country she is representing.

The Candidate must provide with appropriate documentation regarding the age and residency status which must be submitted in order to meet the eligibility requirements.
The application processing fee of $40 will be charged from each candidate .The application fee is non refundable under any and all circumstances.
The Candidate agrees that she is not under contract with any person, firm or corporation that would prevent her appearance or participation in the International competition and agrees to indemnify Angel Events for any claim etc that may be brought against it in this regard. She understands that she must be of good moral character and health. A medical form must be completed indicating any medical problems that she may have at the relevant time and all responsibility and liability in this regard shall be that of the Candidate.
Candidates must conduct themselves in a proper lady-like manor and portray high moral standards. Candidates will not consume any alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or publicly smokes or use foul language any a time or in any way misconduct herself during the course of the entire pageant. Points will be deducted if the delegate is caught engaging in these activities.
Candidate must not have ever been convicted of a crime at any time and shall possess poise, personality, intelligence, and charm.
Candidate agrees that the Judges will be selected by Miss India Angel world / Angel Events directors. They will be eminent, respected members of the Indian, and International Community. THE DECISION OF THE JUDGES, ONCE TABULATED, IS FINAL/ABSOLUTE AND BINDING AND MISS INDIA ANGEL WORLD BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES. Upon request, she can receive her score two weeks following the competition at the Miss India Angelworld Home office.
Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events directors, officers and sponsors etc are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury in any manner whatsoever to anyone or damages/ compensation etc on account of any event, incident, cancellation/ change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
The Winner will forfeit all awards and privileges if she breaks her obligatory contract or does not meet all requirements set forth within this agreement. The award would then be given to the first runner up which decision shall be final and binding on all concerned.
Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events, its authorized representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs etc of the Candidate and/ or with a group for advertising purpose or purposes of promotion, trade, press release or motion picture etc. She waives the right to inspect or approve such competed pictures, advertising, videos used in connection thereof and the decision of Angel Events shall be final.
If the candidate wins the Miss India Angelworld title, she shall not compete/participate in any other pageant system for 12 months or until the title is relinquished to the new titleholder, unless authorized prior in writing by the CEO of Angel Event whose decision shall be final.
Candidates understand and agree that should she be crowned the pageant winner, she will be required to sign an exclusive one-year contract with Miss India Angelworld. She must be available to the pageants for any and all personal appearances at all scheduled events throughout her reign. She further understands that the inability to fulfill her contract may result in the forfeiture of her title and all prizes must be returned and shall be liable for any loss/ damage that be suffered by Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events. Her successor will take her place for the remainder of the year.
Miss India Angelworld, will be expected to participate in fund raising activities and be a major spokes person and bring awareness with regard to women’s rights and other important issues, during the year that she is the reigning Miss India Angelworld.
All photos submitted and taken during the Pageant shall become property of The Miss India Angelworld Pageant and may be used in future promotions, and marketing events, and shall not be limited to Beauty pageants.
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and imposition of legal charges.
Candidate agrees that Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events has the sole discretion to strip the winner of her title if she violates the terms and spirit of this or any other agreements to which she has fixed her signature.
The Candidate agrees to abide by all rules as may be changed from time to time by the organizers and shall raise no objection whatsoever.
The Candidate shall not give any press interviews or hold a press conference without the prior permission in writing by the CEO Ms. Angeli Kapoor Puri of Angels Events.
All information furnished by the candidate is treated with confidentiality and is not provided to any other individuals, organizations or entities.
The Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events / Organizers are not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delays or non-receipt of applications or for acts of omission or commission on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
The candidate will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the training program as per the schedule that will be given to them and participate in all the rehearsals, workshops, photo sessions and promotional activities scheduled by The Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events / Organizers .; Any decision taken in this regard by Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events / Organizers shall be final.
Miss India Angelworld shall be dressed decently and properly at all times, during her reign, as Miss India Angelworld.
All prizes are subject to deduction of tax at source and all other applicable taxes, as required by law.
The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever if sponsors do not make good the prizes promised.
The Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events / Organizers are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at her own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against Miss India Wor1d / Angel Events / Organizers.
Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after the finals and the Candidate shall be liable to the Miss India Angelworld / Angel Events / Organizers for such misrepresentation.
Schedule of events qualification rounds are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Organizers and the Candidate shall raise no objections whatsoever in this regard.
The Organizers is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-telecast of the show/non-completion / non- occurrence of the event.
The foregoing rules are subject to change by Miss India Angelworld. All decisions regarding the eligibility of the delegate and the conduct of the Miss India Angelworld, in general, are subject to the ultimate approval of the Miss India Angelworld.
Candidates must not be rude toward the judges, other participants, and/or pageant coordinators.
Candidates waive all liabilities and must agree to abide by all the pageant rules and regulations. The candidates here by waives all rights to take any form of legal action against the CEO, Organizers of the Miss India Angelworld pageant, be it in an official capacity or in a private capacity regarding the outcome or any difference that may arise in connection with the Miss India Angelworld Beauty Pageant.
The title of Miss India Angelworld and the Miss India Angel World Crown are Trademarks and the property of and belong to theAngel Events , No queen by being crowned acquires any rights to retain the Crown or use the title Miss India Angel world mark or create any promotional material such as photos, flyers or create websites with the trademarks, videoes, publicity material etc, in any endeavours, public or private, without the written permission of the CEO, Ms. Angeli Kapoor Puri of Angels Events.
In the event of any dispute, it shall be referred to the sole arbitration of Angel Events CEO, Ms. Angeli Kapoor Puri whose award in the matter shall be final and binding on the applicant. The venue shall be New Delhi and Indian laws shall be applicable.
Any dispute or differences arising in relation to or in connection with the pageant shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
